ABOUT

Strong feels good, and building muscle is the key to longevity and health. Many women struggle with this, and that's my mission: to help YOU get strong.

Many women struggle with how to build muscle, often due to misconceptions about becoming overly muscular or not knowing the most effective methods. In reality, strength training can lead to a lean, toned physique, and an overall healthier body composition. To effectively build muscle, a combination of resistance training, consuming adequate protein, and getting sufficient rest are key. By incorporating regular strength training into your fitness regimen, monitoring your nutrition, and giving your body time to recover and grow, you can achieve your fitness goals. Remember, every body is unique, and what works best will depend on individual factors such as genetics, diet, and the intensity and frequency of workouts. I am here to work with YOU as an individual to determine a plan that will fit your body, individual factors, and goals.

Coach Jenn Roux

About Jenn

I am passionate about empowering women to live their highest quality life through nutrition, training, and mindset. I am an athlete at heart – a runner in high school, and a bikini competitor as an adult (currently a WNBF Bikini Professional and former Fitness Universe Bikini Professional). In high school, I fell in love with the correlation between fueling my body well and performing better in my sport of cross country.

I also was intrigued by how I could adapt my lifestyle, diet, and exercise to help avoid medications after being diagnosed with a heart condition at a young age. These two factors lead me to become a lifelong learner and practitioner of fitness and nutrition. I am realistic, empathetic, and compassionate in my approach to coaching, helping each client overcome any and all obstacles that may get in the way of achieving their goals.

I am an ISSA Elite Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritional Therapist, Certified Glute Specialist, Group Exercise Instructor, ISSA Fitness Nutritionist, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Fitness Nutrition Certified.

The issue with my ankle forced me to stop training. After working with Jenn Roux, I have completed a biathlon.
